Shipping
V1 ships to United States addresses. Available services, delivery estimates, and authoritative charges are shown at checkout after address validation. Delivery estimates begin when the carrier accepts the parcel.
Returns
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@mizanatelier.com within 30 days of delivery before sending a return so we can provide instructions. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
International orders
International checkout is not available in V1. We will publish supported destinations and duties guidance before expanding.
