How Mizan Atelier handles the information needed to serve you.
Information we use
We process waitlist email addresses, product preferences, and campaign tags, as well as contact, shipping, order, and limited device information when commerce is enabled. We use this information to measure interest, announce releases, fulfill purchases, prevent misuse, and support customers. Raw card numbers and CVV never pass through Mizan systems.
Service providers
V1 uses PayPal for payments, Stripe Tax for tax calculation, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare for delivery and storage, Azure for API compute, and Neon for PostgreSQL. EasyPost tracking will be enabled when carrier onboarding is complete.
Your choices
Waitlist messages include a way to unsubscribe. Contact privacy@mizanatelier.com to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Financial and order records may be retained where law or legitimate accounting needs require.
