Information we use

We process waitlist email addresses, product preferences, and campaign tags, as well as contact, shipping, order, and limited device information when commerce is enabled. We use this information to measure interest, announce releases, fulfill purchases, prevent misuse, and support customers. Raw card numbers and CVV never pass through Mizan systems.

During a visit, session storage may hold a random analytics session identifier. When commerce is enabled, local storage keeps cart variant identifiers and quantities so a bag can persist in your browser. Neither store contains card details.

Analytics

When configured, PostHog receives pseudonymous page and interaction events. Cloudflare provides aggregate web traffic measurements. We do not intentionally send email addresses, shipping addresses, secure order-link tokens, or payment credentials to analytics. Secure order paths are redacted before analytics events are sent, and browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals disable PostHog event delivery.

Service providers

Resend stores waitlist contacts and supports email delivery. Cloudflare delivers the site, runs the edge waitlist endpoint, stores objects, and provides aggregate web analytics. Google Cloud Run hosts the commerce API, and Neon PostgreSQL stores authoritative commerce records when commerce is enabled. PayPal processes payments, Stripe Tax calculates tax, and EasyPost tracking will be enabled after carrier onboarding.

Your choices

Waitlist messages include a way to unsubscribe. Contact support@mizanatelier.com to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Financial and order records may be retained where law or legitimate accounting needs require.
